Standing Stretching

A very simple, easy and effective stretch using a chair, bench, or stair.  Make sure your back is straight and your chin is up as you lean forward.

While in this lying position press your heel against the wall, release, and repeat



This static stretch can be turned into a dynamic stretch by moving the leg forward and backward
